About

Starting September 2026 I will be a postdoctoral researcher at TU Delft, before that I was a Visiting Assistant Professor in the math department at Purdue University from 2025-2026. My research interests fall under the umbrella of Operator Algebras. More specifically, I focus on von Neumann algebras and the properties of II1_1 factors arising from groups. I completed my PhD at Purdue University in May 2025 under the advisement of Rolando de Santiago and Thomas Sinclair. During my undergraduate I was interested in the joint spectrum of Hermitian matrices and completed an undergraduate thesis under the guidance of Terry Loring at the University of New Mexico.
